Vaccinations

This is my vaccination schedule.  Please consult your vet to find out their recommendations.  However this will give you a baseline for your vaccine schedule.

 

8 weeks                       Combo vaccine (distemper, hepatits, parvovirus, parainfluenza & coronavius *preferred without leptospirosis)

12 weeks                    Combo vaccine (distemper, hepatits, parvovirus, parainfluenza & coronavius *preferred without leptospirosis)

16 weeks                    Rabies & Combo vaccine (distemper, hepatits, parvovirus, parainfluenza & coronavius *preferred without leptospirosis)

1 year                          Rabies & Combo vaccine (with or without leptospirosis)

 

 

Core Vaccines:

*Rabies                                                               *Distemper

*Parvovirus                                                         *Adenovirus-2 (hepatitis virus)

 

NonCore Vaccines:

*Bordetella (kennel cough)                            *Parainfluenza

*Lyme Vaccine                                                  *Leptospirosis

 

I begin worming my pups at 4 weeks old.  I repeat the worming at 5 & 6 weeks old and the begin my pups on heart worm pills at 2 months of age.
